~ How do you avoid costly leadership mistakes in difficult times?
~ How can Neuroscience help you make smarter decisions?
~ What makes you a leader and why do people follow you?

The year 2020 witnessed unprecedented leadership failures at every level. Most leaders had no clue on how to lead. Very often, they simply followed other leaders who were even more clueless. The COVID-19 pandemic made old-school leadership skills and training obsolete overnight.

The Leadership Development industry is in crisis because leadership training has been based on personal experience, anecdotes and personalities. The word "Science" and the word "Leadership" are rarely seen in the same sentence. Without science, leadership training doesn't produce consistent and reliable guidance for leaders.

Now, Neuroscience has provided us valuable insights into human decision-making. By applying Neuroscience to leadership, we can better understand why the brain follows. Such an understanding will guide leaders to make better decisions.

From Neuroscience, we have learned that we make majority of our decisions based on feeling instead of thinking. Our decisions are influenced by our emotions and many invisible influences. Through Neuroscience, we have discovered many decision-making blind spots. Empowered by Neuroscience, you will no longer need to follow famous celebrity leaders. You can lead by following science.
