Backing founders who start with their why.

We invest in purpose. We partner with early-stage founders who can articulate not just what they're building, but why it matters, why the world needs it, why they're the ones to build it, and why now is the moment.

Focused on tech-enabled care for the underserved.

The future of healthcare is in the home. We invest in companies bringing better care to the people traditional healthcare leaves behind. Founders who are building scalable solutions to caring for people in their homes.

Purpose attracts exceptional talent, inspires customer loyalty, and sustains founders through the inevitable valleys. A clear "why" is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Our founders have been building businesses for the last 20 years. We've built 15+ companies, created 3,000+ jobs, and performed over 5M patient visits.

We don't invest from the outside, we back the products we'd deploy across our own operations every day.
