Anthony Barrows

Anthony Barrows is a passionate advocate for individuals involved in public systems, boasting over two decades of experience in advocacy and public communication. They have held significant roles in both non-profit management and applied research, including serving as Managing Director at ideas42 and currently as Executive Director of LIFT New York. As the founder of the Center for Behavioral Design & Social Justice, they focus on equitable program and policy design, utilizing insights from behavioral science and lived experience. With a strong background in art and education, Anthony is also an accomplished artist and educator, actively participating in arts organizing. They hold degrees from institutions including Harvard University and the San Francisco Art Institute.
