WI Capital specialises in providing investment opportunities and solutions through attractive and solid performance-return products as we build a partnership with our clients based on trust and confidence.

A subsidiary of Wholesale Investor, a platform for accessing emerging growth companies with a 12-year track record, WI Capital utilises a 30,000+ strong network of investors spanning across ANZ, SE Asian regions, the UK and Canada.

Secondary Sales
Expanding on the traditional method of secondary sales through investment bankers, advisors, lawyers etc. which is often not accessible or cost-effective for early-stage companies.

Investor-Led Syndicates
We partner with leading investment groups to invest in emerging growth companies. Investors can invest in vetted opportunities at the same terms as a VC, and stay updated through regular reporting. It allows investors exposure to growth companies without committing capital for 10-12 years.

Fund Management
WI Capital in partnership with leading venture fund managers leverages its global network for deal origination and build a large, diversified venture portfolio.
