WIBE Network (Where Imagination Builds Excellence) is a global leadership community for business school and higher education leaders navigating change, innovation, and the future of work. Founded by Lisa Leander, WIBE brings together deans, associate and assistant deans, department chairs, and industry partners across six continents for honest conversations, leadership development, strategic collaboration, and meaningful connection.

WIBE creates trusted spaces where leaders can explore big ideas, share challenges openly, and build relationships that lead to creative solutions and long term impact in higher education and beyond.
