AI projects rarely fail at the prompt. They fail at retrieval, at data quality, at evaluation, at latency and cost, and at what happens when the model is confidently wrong. That is systems architecture, and it is what our founder has been doing for nineteen years.

Wibiway is a deliberately small consultancy led by George Dumitrescu. The person you scope a project with is the person who architects it and writes the code. Nothing is lost in the handover, because there is no handover.

WHAT WE DO

AI implementation and system design. We find where AI actually pays for itself, then build the architecture around it: retrieval and data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, cost and latency budgets, and graceful fallbacks for when the provider is down. Most of this work happens inside applications that already have users and revenue.

Full-stack web and SaaS. Platforms, high-traffic APIs and business applications built to stay maintainable long after launch, in Laravel, Symfony, Node.js and Java, with Vue and React on the front end.

Native mobile. iOS and Android applications backed by APIs designed for the load they will actually see.

George has spent nineteen years building production software across four countries, as a lead architect, a head of engineering and a CTO. A social platform on AWS delivered with no API downtime, whose team went on to raise Seed and Series A. Subscription video, marketplaces, paywalls, clinical CRMs, enterprise search, and native banking and streaming apps.

No inflated numbers. Every figure above is one engineer's verifiable history.
