Alejandra Montanelli

Alejandra Montanelli is currently the Head of HR at Wibond. Prior to this, they were with Centro Pedagógico de Síntesis from January 2007 to December 2011 where they were in charge of researching educational innovations. From February 2002 to December 2007, they were the Vice Director at Colegio Thomas Merton where they oversaw the training of teachers in an educational innovation project. Alejandra has also been with R&R Recursos Humanos from April 1997 to March 2002 as a partner responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel as well as organizational development and training.

Alejandra Montanelli has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Recruitment 4.0 from IEBS, a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, and a teaching degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.

Alejandra Montanelli reports to Mariana Reginatto, COO. They are on a team with Inés Zarazaga - CMO, To Hire - Head of Sales, and Andres Rabinovich - Chief Strategy & Risk Officer.
