Senior Artist

Gareth Cook is an accomplished artist with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Senior Artist at Wicked Witch Software since April 2023. Previously, Cook held the position of Senior Artist at FireMonkeys from August 2011 to April 2023. Earlier career highlights include roles as an Environment Artist at Rare Ltd - Microsoft Game Studios, where significant contributions were made to the Xbox 360 title Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, and at Rare Ltd, where participation in the Xbox 360 launch title Perfect Dark Zero occurred. Cook began in the gaming industry as an Environment Artist at Atari Melbourne House, working on two PS2 titles, Grand Prix Challenge and Transformers Armada. The career commenced as a Graduate Industrial Designer at APG Display Pty Ltd, focusing on the design and production of commercial displays. Cook earned a Degree in Industrial Design from RMIT University, having attended Caulfield Grammar School - Wheelers Hill Campus prior.
