"The Wicker Park Group has helped my firm maintain a strong client focus and ensure the 'client is in the room' when we develop our strategy. Aside from being best in class at their craft, they are a joy to work with and an extension of my marketing and business development team."

When all is said and done, you will know what your firm’s clients value most and what drives them crazy, understand the opportunities ahead and any stumbling blocks in the way, gain competitive intelligence that can lead to more matters or explain a few things, and have clear direction and support for deepening your relationships.

The Wicker Park team has spent their careers in the world of in-house counsel, has a unique perspective on how general counsel think and knows what matters in their relationships with outside counsel. We use that knowledge to help our law firm clients fully align themselves with in-house counsel by understanding, strengthening and deepening the relationship.

We create these results by:
-Training your team to better communicate with clients.
-Conducting feedback interviews with your clients.
-Providing firms with their own client feedback program toolkit.

Because we understand that every firm has its own unique needs, we offer comprehensive services, including:

 - Leading Client Communication workshops.
 - Conducting client feedback interviews and running client feedback programs.
 - Developing and facilitating law firm retreats and meetings.
 - Leading advanced workshops and providing one on one coaching services.
- Conducting competitive research, developing marketing budgets, evaluating practice viability, and assessing brand position and reputation.
- Offering a Post Matter Evaluation Toolkit, designed to help your firm’s key partners evaluate the projects goals and progress.
