Katherine Rolfe

Katherine Rolfe is an experienced sustainability professional with a robust background in environmental management and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Wickes since May 2023. Previously, Katherine held multiple roles at Simply Sustainable from September 2020 to May 2023, including Head of ESG and Sustainability Strategy, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant, providing expert guidance on sustainability and ESG matters. At Heathrow, from October 2003 to May 2020, Katherine progressed through various positions culminating in Sustainability Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included leading the Heathrow 2.0 sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement. Katherine's career began at Groundwork as an Environmental Business Adviser, followed by roles at URS Corporation as an Environmental Scientist. Katherine holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Surrey and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter.
