Richard Bounds

Richard Bounds has extensive experience in retail management, most notably serving as a Design Consultant and Store Manager at Wickes since August 2017. Prior to this, Richard held various managerial positions at Iceland Foods and Morrisons, overseeing significant business operations. At Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Richard gained substantial experience as a Store Manager and Deputy General Manager in a high-volume flagship store, managing over 350 employees and operations generating £800,000 weekly. Earlier career experience includes a publican and bar/restaurant manager role at Whitbread, where Richard managed a busy establishment with high customer volume. Education was completed at Lord Grey School from 1989 to 1992.
