Leo Naioti

Leo Naioti has worked in the Human Resources field since 1990. Theirmost recent role is Senior Director Human Resources at Wicket, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they were Senior Director Human Resources at ISM from 2019 to 2021 and Senior Director Human Resources at Cast Iron Media from 2021. From 2003 to 2005 they were HR Director at Serviceware Technologies, where they helped rebuild the organization and bring it to profitability for the first time. From 1998 to 2003 they were VP Human Resources at Questra Corporation, and from 1990 to 1998 they were Director Human Resources at Harris Corporation - EDA Division (Xynetix Design Systems). During this time they took the division private (renamed Xynetix) and joined the management team of the new company, which was later sold to Avant!. Additionally, they were a Management Consultant at LJN Associates from 2005 to 2021, providing HR Strategy development, workforce planning, retained search, operational plan development, compensation planning and executive coaching, mainly for high technology with small to medium clients.

Leo Naioti obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
