They work on a range of tasks including backend infrastructure, iOS and desktop application development, secure file transfer, and integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. Additionally, they implement and maintain administrative controls and support the deployment of bots to enhance the platform's functionality.
