Tom Croughs

Tom Croughs currently holds the position of New Business Development & Strategy at Wicro Plastics since March 2025. Previously, Tom served as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Aeternus BV from January 2023 to March 2025, and gained experience in equity capital markets during a short stint at ING in mid-2022. Tom's background includes a role as a Leveraged Finance Intern at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and as an Equity Research Analyst at AlphaStone Equities, where detailed financial modeling was a key focus. Additionally, participation in an intensive Investment Banking program at City Investment Training allowed Tom to develop expertise in M&A, LBO, and venture capital. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Operating Manager role at Wicro Plastics from June 2019 to February 2021, overseeing product output and assembly line organization. Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Finance & Investments and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Investment Banking from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
