Sara Babb

Sara Babb is a seasoned graphic designer and multimedia project manager with extensive experience in various roles since 1978. Currently serving as the Graphic Designer and Website Specialist at Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. since June 2018, Sara leads graphic design efforts and multimedia project management while overseeing the organization’s online presence. Concurrently, Sara operates as a freelance graphic designer for multiple clients since January 2016, specializing in innovative digital and print designs. Previously, Sara held key positions as Senior Graphic Designer and Advertising Marketing Art Director at South Florida Sun Sentinel Media Group and Orlando Sentinel Media Group for over three decades, where responsibilities included marketing support materials and team supervision. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Director of Grants and Contract Services at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Sara holds an Associate’s Degree in Advertising Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Cape Cod Community College.
