Ami Ripka

Ami Ripka is an experienced operations professional, currently serving as the Operations Director for the Programs Division at Widelity, Inc. since November 2018. In this role, Ami acts as a liaison between Widelity corporate and the Compliance and Regulatory Team, overseeing the management of teams to ensure compliance with US government projects and mandates. Previously, Ami held positions as Director and Senior Manager in Compliance and Regulatory at Widelity, providing guidance to clients in navigating compliance for government projects and managing reimbursement requests. Prior to this, Ami served as a Financial Analyst in the United States Air Force from April 1996 to June 2016.
