Wideopen Platform, a Subsidiary of Primedia-Unlimited, specializes in ground breaking, high impact outdoor media for the South African market. The company is guided by a philosophy that seeks to positively develop the evolving urban environment. Wideopen’s products utilise existing urban structures in order to host outdoor, airport and out-of-home media advertising.

Apart from its conventional offerings such as Mega Signs and building wraps, Wideopen has introduced a range of firsts to the South African outdoor advertising market including: Construction site wraps, airport advertising display methods (pillars, buses, sliding doors, travelators and air-bridges) and urban rejuvenation advertising (“art advertising” and infrastructure development in CBD areas).

Wideopen’s creative, large format building wrap executions have given international and local brands the opportunity to differentiate themselves in a highly cluttered outdoor environment as well as provide a platform to deliver on the two key elements of any brand strategy: impact and relevance.
