Bill Ford

Bill Ford has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Bill began their career as a Middle School Principal at Admiral Farragut Academy in 1996 and later served as Assistant Headmaster, overseeing various aspects of the school's operations. Bill then worked as a Teacher and Football Coach at Randolph-Macon Academy before becoming the Middle School Principal.

Ford's career in education continued with roles as High School Principal and Chief Administrative Officer/Assistant Headmaster at Admiral Farragut Academy, where they focused on faculty development and program management. Bill also served as Headmaster at Windermere Preparatory School, where they recruited and evaluated staff and implemented strategies for team building and goal-setting.

Ford transitioned into the field of higher education, working as Director of Education at Florida Career College and conducting faculty development and managing academic staff to ensure program quality and delivery. Bill also held leadership positions at Concorde Career Colleges, serving as Campus President and Director of Operations, responsible for ensuring campus success and managing daily operations.

In their most recent role at Wider Circle, Ford served as Director of Operations - Service Delivery, responsible for implementing Medicare and Medicaid programs, creating reports and analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with client contracts.

Throughout their career, Ford has demonstrated exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bill Ford completed their Bachelor of Science degree in History & Special Education at James Madison University from 1987 to 1991. Bill later pursued a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at National Louis University, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
