Ken Williams has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Ken is currently the SVP, Head of Service Design at Wider Circle, a community healthcare company. Prior to this, they served as the President of Ask Claire, a boutique service for Medicare beneficiaries, and as the SVP, Head of Operations at Ask Claire. Ken also worked as a SVP at Saeidan before it was acquired. Additionally, they have held positions as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where they mentored and advised students. Ken has also been involved with Georgetown Entrepreneurship and Techstars as a mentor. Ken is the Founder and CEO of Watershed LLC, as well as wtrxd LLC. Ken is also a member of SEIU, advocating for fair pay and benefits for workers.
Ken Williams has a diverse educational background. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of South Florida, which they earned from 1998 to 2002. Ken also studied Philosophy and Religious Studies at the New College of Florida from 1996 to 2000.
Ken pursued further education in various fields after completing their undergraduate degree. Ken attended the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2008 as a post-baccalaureate student, studying Philosophy, Physiology, and Neurobiology. In 2010, they engaged in graduate studies in Religion/Religious Studies at Harvard University and also took courses in Public Health and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Ken's passion for communication and technology led him to complete a Master of Arts degree in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University from 2014 to 2016.
Ken'sinterest in business administration motivated him to gain a solid foundation in the field. Ken completed two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the University of Oxford from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Ken also has a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Ken has acquired additional certifications, including Computational Thinking for Problem Solving from Coursera.
