Taylor Davis

Community Engagement Lead at WiderCircle

Taylor Davis has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. They started their career as a Diversity Dialogue Facilitator at GU Leaders for Education in Diversity in 2016. From there, they worked as an Organizing Intern at ONE DC in 2018 and as a Communications and Outreach Director at Georgetown University Center for Multicultural Equity and Access from 2018 to 2018. In 2018, they also served as the Resident Director of GU's Black House and as a College Immersion Mentor at Georgetown University. In 2019, they became a Communications Project Associate at Georgetown University Red House. In 2020, they worked as a Research Intern at HIPS and as a Paralegal at Ruloff, Swain, Haddad, Morecock, Talbert & Woodward PC. They joined the National Black Workers Center as a Labor Organizer in 2020 and held the position until 2024. In 2022, they became a Birth Doula. Currently, they are working as a Community Engagement Lead at Wider Circle.

Taylor Davis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and Policy from Georgetown University in 2020. In 2019, they also briefly attended the University of the Western Cape for a Bachelor's degree. Currently, Taylor is enrolled at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Community Health Sciences, expected to be completed in 2024.
