Roy S.

Roy S. has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 as a Process Engineer at Katalistiks UOP and subsequently holding various roles in different companies. Roy worked as a Plant Startup Engineer at ExxonMobil Chemical Films Europe from 1992 to 1996. From 1996 to 2003, they served as a Plant Manager at GE. In 2003, they joined US CAN as the Director of Process Improvement & Supply Chain and later moved to Huhtamaki in 2005 as the VP of Operations Foodservice EAO - Europe Asia Oceania. In 2012, they joined Pipelife as the Manufacturing Excellence Officer for Austria, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Operational Services at Wienerberger AG.

Roy S. received a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Roy also earned a Ing. (Engineer) degree in Chemical Engineering from HTS Groningen Chemische Technology, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
