Michael Preissl

Michael Preissl has a robust background in Finance and HR transformation, specializing in post-merger integration and project management. They served as a Managing Director at BDO Austria from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Workday Advisory and Robotics Process Automation. Michael has also held various roles at Accenture, including Managing Director, and worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant at WienIT GmbH since 2025. They previously contributed to academia as an Assistant and Lecturer at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1998 to 2000 and have engaged in consulting roles across multiple firms, including Kainos and Roland Berger. Michael holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Economics and Business Administration from WU and completed their Matura in Information Technology at HTL Villach.
