Stephen Fine

Stephen Fine has extensive experience in the technology and operational sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at Wifinity since October 2020. Prior to this, Stephen Fine was at Hyperoptic Ltd. from May 2011 to June 2020, where leadership roles included Head of Digital Transformation and Head of Systems & IT, contributing to the company’s advancement in the UK broadband market and establishing a near-shore development team. Earlier in their career, Stephen Fine worked at Pitney Bowes Business Insight from July 2002 to June 2010, advancing through positions such as Service Delivery Manager, Senior Consultant, and Senior Software Engineer, overseeing teams that delivered tailored GIS solutions to major clients. Stephen Fine holds a Master's degree in Computing Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Leeds.
