P Saraswat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Manager of Customer Service at DHL Worldwide Express in 1992, where they were responsible for improving service standards and managing customer service functions. In 1999, they joined DSS Mobile Communication Limited as a Customer Care Manager, where they handled customer relationship management and managed service teams at multiple locations.

In 2002, Saraswat joined Tata Teleservices as the Head of Public Office, and in 2004, they moved to Reliance Communications as the Head of Customer Care. At Reliance Communications, they also held roles such as Head of Acquisition Process Interface and Head of Postpaid Acquisition, Usage & Revenue. During their tenure, they were responsible for subscriber documentation, credit verification, and reducing payment defaults. They also had continuous interactions with regulatory authorities.

In 2016, Saraswat joined Yug Decor Limited as a Management Consultant and worked until 2022. Finally, in 2022, they joined Wify Technologies as the Category Head.
