Ciaran Hickey is the Head of Corporate at Wiggin LLP, where they have specialized in the media and technology sectors since 2013. With over 20 years of experience, Ciaran has advised a diverse range of clients, including leading companies and entrepreneurs, on domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, and reorganizations. Prior to Wiggin, Ciaran worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Eversheds from 2004 to 2006, focusing on private equity transactions. Ciaran holds a Legal Practice Course degree from Nottingham Law School, completed in 2000.
