David Whitehead

David Whitehead has extensive experience in the legal sector, particularly in the film and television industry. Whitehead began as a Trainee Solicitor at Olswang (now CMS) and has held positions at various prestigious firms, including Simkins LLP as an Associate and Wiggin as a Senior Associate in Film and TV. Whitehead's experience also includes secondments at the BBC and Unilever, where focus areas included media and technology law and global privacy. Academically, Whitehead holds a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, a Master’s degree in English from the University of Cambridge, and completed a Postgraduate Acting Course at LAMDA.
