Mark Gahagan

Mark Gahagan is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently employed at Wiggin since November 2017, Gahagan has progressed through various roles including Trainee Trade Mark Attorney and Trade Mark and Designs Paralegal. Prior to this, Gahagan worked at Redd Solicitors LLP and LANE IP LIMITED, specializing in trade mark matters. A brief stint at Howes Percival involved significant legal tasks, including preparing responses to employment disputes and conducting due diligence for commercial property acquisitions. Mark Gahagan holds several academic qualifications, including a Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from Nottingham Trent University and a PGCert in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London, complementing a Bachelor of Laws from Lancaster University.
