Sara Ashby

Sara Ashby has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. Sara is a specialist intellectual property litigator, handling disputes and strategy across all IP rights, including patents, designs, trademarks, and copyright. Sara has particular expertise in parallel imports and designs, and is skilled in dealing with contractual matters and non-standard IP disputes.
