Amy Engel

Amy Engel has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Amy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Wightman. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Kalsec Inc. from 2008 to 2023, including Executive Director of Human Resources, Director - Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corporation from 2002 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Aspen Systems Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Amy began their career at Randstad, where they worked as an Area Manager from 1990 to 2000.

Amy Engel earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Amy completed their degree between 2006 and 2009.
