Peter Lyon is an accomplished executive in the field of Customer Success, currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Wigmore IT Group Limited since May 2024. With a robust career spanning multiple leadership roles, Peter co-founded the Customer Success Network in July 2015, facilitating a community of over 15,000 members across Europe. Previous positions include Chief Customer Officer at eDesk, VP Global Customer Success at Poppulo, and VP Customer Success at Brightflag, among others. Peter has extensive experience in building and managing customer success teams in various B2B SaaS environments, as well as overseeing operations at Esri UK and Esri Ireland, where significant growth and market leadership were achieved. Peter holds a Master’s in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
