At WIK Group, as the Leader of Business Analyst, they have successfully led various projects such as production planning optimization and SAP roll-out for a new manufacturing plant. At Tristate, as a PMC, they were responsible for material follow up, scheduling sale orders, and maintaining inventory control. With a background in Global SAP Implementation at Pulse Electronics Corporation, they were involved in blueprints, testing, and successful go-live for multiple plants and distribution centers. In addition to their roles as a Planning Manager and Planning Officer, Cap Chen has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills throughout their career.
