WIKAIR – Empowering the Next Generation of AI Innovators

WIKAIR is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2025 by young innovators with a mission to build a global, student-led AI career development pathway. We empower learners—especially those from underserved communities—to prepare for the future workforce shaped by artificial intelligence through peer-to-peer, hands-on, and interdisciplinary learning that also cultivates digital resilience and information literacy.

WIKAIR is an authorized certifying organization for the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award, recognizing young leaders who advance education, innovation, and community service through technology.

Recognizing that AI is often taught as abstract theory, WIKAIR created a peer-led, career-connected workshop model that makes AI understandable, creative, and ethical. Our programs go beyond coding syntax to explore real-world applications across psychology, media, business, mathematics, and the arts—bridging knowledge with practice and critical thinking.

Since launching in Spain and the United States, WIKAIR has engaged over 300 students through interactive workshops that combine AI with identity, innovation, and purpose. Each session is student-led and supported by academic mentors and industry advisors from leading U.S. universities and global companies—ensuring real-world relevance and professional quality.

Our long-term vision is to establish a structured AI talent development system guiding students through four stages:

Exposure → Skill Simulation → Mentorship → Internship/Apprenticeship Preparation.
