Matt Disher

Matt Disher currently serves as Chief of Staff at Fandom, a position held since 2024, following a similar role at Castle Park Investments from 2023 to 2024. Previous experience includes a consulting position at L.E.K. Consulting from 2022 to 2023 and notable service in the US Navy from 2013 to 2021, where responsibilities included Deputy Director of Strategy & Plans for USNAVSO/FOURTH FLEET and roles aboard the USS New Mexico as a Nuclear Submarine Officer and Assistant Department Head. Additionally, Matt Disher has taught at the Language and Cultures Department of the United States Naval Academy in 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a Spanish minor from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
