Vicky Tan

Vicky Tan, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of People Operations at Fandom, a leading fan platform, since April 2022. Vicky also holds group fitness instructor positions at New Canaan YMCA, Stamford JCC, and The Italian Center of Stamford. Previous experience includes managing people operations at Elemy, where Vicky improved pediatric behavioral healthcare experiences, and PulsePoint, handling comprehensive benefits administration and compliance. Vicky's career began at Undertone, where responsibilities spanned total rewards management and employee development. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
