Ericka Hackl

Ericka Hackl is the Director of Sales Injection Molding at Wilbert Plastic Services, where they apply their expertise in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. With over a decade of experience in manufacturing and business administration, Ericka has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Wirthwein AG and Draexlmaier Automotive. They have managed diverse teams and processes across numerous functions, including Human Resources, Purchasing, and Engineering. Ericka began their career at KEMET Electronics Corporation, focusing on production control and central planning. They received their education at Erskine College.
