Janaína Sanches has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Janaína began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Schindler, S.A (Spain) in April 2013, where they participated in an international program. After that, they joined Vale as an Industrial Engineer in January 2014. In this role, they contributed to various projects until December 2014. Janaína then transitioned to Wild Fork in January 2016, initially as an Industrial Engineering professional. Janaína later took on roles as an Operational Excellence Manager from May 2018 to August 2020, a Production Manager from August 2020 to September 2021, and currently as an Operations Manager, starting in September 2021.

From 2007 to 2008, Janaína attended Goodman Armstrong Creek High School in Wisconsin, USA.

From 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.

In 2017, Janaína enrolled at the University of La Verne, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management. Janaína completed this program in the same year.

In 2016, they also studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained another MBA degree in Project Management. This program lasted from 2016 to 2018.
