Patty Ortiz

Patty Ortiz has a strong background in human resources. Since 2008, they have held various roles in different companies. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at GUESS?, Inc. as a Retail Recruiting Coordinator and a Human Resources Coordinator. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at REVOLVEclothing.com, where they developed relationships with senior management and handled full-cycle recruiting. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at American International Industries. Starting in 2015, they joined Safran as a Human Resources Generalist and later became a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Acting HR Manager, where they provided guidance on strategic planning and led various analyses.
