Matthew Rodgers

Matthew Rodgers is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business-critical systems. Currently serving as Head of Microsoft APAC at Wild Tech since November 2024, Rodgers focuses on digital transformation, specifically in ERP, Co-Pilot, and AI within the manufacturing, supply chain, and retail sectors. Prior to this role, Rodgers was Managing Director at Tecsa Software and held various senior positions at sa.global, HSO Innovation, AirAsia, Tectura, Cosmo Consult AG, and MCS, where contributions included leadership in sales, product management, and client services. In addition to extensive industry knowledge, Rodgers started career as a developer, demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Education includes studies at The Open University.
