Ernst Eisma

Ernst Eisma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and music production. Currently serving as Project Officer at Wilde Ganzen since July 2013, Ernst focuses on small-scale development projects in collaboration with local communities. Additionally, Ernst has been a Music Producer and Engineer at Sam i Am Music since January 2009, where various music production services and cross-cultural exchange programs are provided. Prior roles include consultancy positions related to hydrology and geo-information at KWA Bedrijfsadviseurs and ARCADIS, and project management in the music sector with Music Mayday and the Social Trade Organisation in Brazil. Ernst holds two Master's degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, in Environmental Resource and Management and Hydrology, along with an International Baccalaureate from Rijnlands Lyceum, Oegstgeest.
