Laura Schefold is a Credit Development Manager at Wilderway, focusing on rewilding, carbon, and wetland ecosystems. Laura co-developed a housing cooperative in Amsterdam aimed at enhancing urban sustainability and inclusivity. Previously, Laura conducted research on aquatic fauna in restored mangrove forests for a master thesis at STINAPA Bonaire and completed internships with Rewilding Europe and Wageningen Marine Research. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Forest and Nature Conservation from Wageningen University & Research, supplemented by a minor in Economics of Sustainable Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Future Planet Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
