Thomas Gray CDM, CFPP is a highly experienced Certified Dietary Manager with a strong background in overseeing dietary operations within long-term care facilities. Currently serving at Wildewood Downs since July 2021, Thomas manages day-to-day operations of the Dietary department, supervising a team of 15 hourly employees and one kitchen supervisor. Previous experience includes positions at Fundamental Long Term Care, Senior Living Communities, LLC, and White Oak Manor, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring clinical information, maintaining budgets, and ensuring quality food service. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University and an Associate's in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
