Stefan Weber

Stefan Weber is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and startup sectors. As the Strategic Advisor and Managing Partner at Casualfood GmbH since May 2005, Stefan has played a key role in shaping business strategies. In June 2019, Stefan founded Omakase Four GmbH, which invests in various gastronomy and club concepts, including Gibson Club and La Taqueria. Additionally, Stefan is a founding partner at Supreme Sports Hospitality and has held a partnership position at character London since January 2022. Stefan is also a partner at Wildfire London, contributing to a range of innovative ventures. Stefan holds a degree in Marketing from the Akademie für Kommunikation.
