Geoff Smith

Geoff Smith is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with experience in stormwater conveyance, ecological enhancement, and water quality improvements. Geoff has worked as a Project Manager on various stormwater related projects including wetland and stream restoration, stormwater master planning, NPDES stormwater compliance, and low impact development design. Geoff's expertise also includes dam safety evaluations, floodplain studies, and watershed management planning. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
