Our sincere hope is that our studio offerings empower people to care for themselves + to love one another more fully. We are a community of people that are committed to creativity, intuition, and holistic wellbeing.

Our instructors offer a wide variety of group classes in Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, Meditation, Mindfulness, Dance, Sound Therapeutics, and more. We also offer private health coaching, events, workshops, sound experiences, monthly book club, and trainings.
