Kace has held leadership roles at Ziff Media Group, where they focused on enhancing operational efficiency for cashback programs, and at Capital One, where they led significant growth in the Coupons product line post-acquisition. They previously managed operations and customer servicing teams at Wikibuy, achieving a high on-time order rate and successful customer service operations. Kace's diverse background also includes managing a restaurant in Austin and teaching English as a second language in Spain.
