Wildman BT is a private event venue and production studio in Chicago's West Town neighborhood, minutes from Fulton Market. The building sits at 3020 W Carroll Avenue.  

Built in 1914, the Wildman Boiler & Tank building is one of Chicago's rare double bow-truss structures. It was fully restored in 2020, preserving exposed brick, warm timber, and original architectural details while updating every system for modern use. The result: 48-foot ceiling expanses, 16-foot ceiling heights, and nearly 12,000 square feet of unobstructed open floor space flooded with natural light.  We host weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, nonprofit galas, mitzvahs, holiday parties, product launches, and private social gatherings. The flexible floor plan supports seated dinners, cocktail receptions, and ceremonies in a single space seamlessly.  

Production teams use Wildman BT as a full-service studio. The volume, natural light, and industrial loft aesthetic work for fashion, commercial, editorial, and video shoots with minimal set dressing. A street-level drive-in loading bay, multiple entrance points, floor-to-ceiling drapery system, 23-foot media wall, multi-layered dimmable lighting, polished concrete floors with flush-mounted electric outlets, state-of-the-art AV, and wi-fi supporting 500 concurrent users make load-in and production seamless.
