Yuko Sheppard

Yuko Sheppard has work experience as a Food Scientist at Wildtype since February 2020. Prior to joining Wildtype, they worked as a Research Associate at The Ohio State University from August 2017 to February 2020. Before that, they were a Research Assistant at the Department of Food Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison from January 2015 to August 2017.

Yuko Sheppard obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between the years 2013 and 2017. Yuko then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Yuko briefly attended the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007-2008, but they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.

Aside from their formal education, Yuko also has two additional certifications. In March 2009, they acquired a Curator certification from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained a School Librarian certification from the same institution.
