Steve Yook is an experienced Flight Paramedic with Air Methods since April 2016, and a part-time Paramedic at GHS Oconee Memorial Hospital since August 2005. Steve's responsibilities span emergency medical response across a 620 square mile rural area, critical care inter-facility transport, and training roles including Field Training Officer and Forms Control Officer. Since March 2003, Steve Yook has also served as a Wilderness First Aid Instructor with Round Mountain Instruction LLC, providing tailored First-Aid and CPR training. Additionally, Steve has extensive experience in rafting and outdoor leadership, holding various roles with Southeastern Expeditions and Wildwater Ltd since 1991. Prior experience includes serving as a Paramedic at Pickens County EMS and ski patroller at Deer Valley Resort. Steve Yook holds a high school diploma from Oak Ridge High School and completed coursework at Greenville Technical College.
