Wildwood Running provides education for female bodied runners and their coaches through clinics, workshops and camps. Our education focuses on how to build confident and happy girls who can enjoy running for a lifetime! We start real conversations around critical topics like navigating puberty, menstrual cycles in sport, nutrition, REDs, positive mindset, confidence and so much more. We bring in speakers clinician, coaches and experts to support each girl's individual journey. Many of our workshops are moving to support ALL girls in sport.
