Jeff has a strong background in developing operational processes, managing multiple projects, supporting account teams, and overseeing client services. Their expertise includes analyzing workflows, creating production tickets, managing project assignments, and implementing process improvements. Jeff is a graduate of Broward College with a degree in Graphic Design.
